OUR STORY

Inverroy Crisis Management was founded on the belief that no organisation should be unprepared for the realities of today’s world. We have been operating at the forefront of organisational resilience since 2015.

Having seen first hand how a poorly prepared organisation can crumble in the face of adversity, we set out to enhance the resilience of companies in the oil & gas sector almost four years ago, in the hope that we could make a difference to the lives of its employees, its stakeholders and the general public.

Since then, we’ve diversified into a wide variety of sectors, bringing our cross industry expertise to boardrooms and beyond. We’ve helped some of the world’s largest organisations understand their risks, develop plans for those situations and train their people to respond effectively under pressure.

It’s no longer acceptable for a business to conduct its day to day operations without robust, actionable contingency plans. Stakeholders, employees, customers and the wider public all expect transparency, communication and timely action.
— Matthew Wardner, Founder of Inverroy Crisis Management
